2. Arrest of Suspects
Rohan Masih was arrested from Amritsar on September 13, while Vishal Masih was apprehended in Delhi by Punjab Police in coordination with central agencies.

The investigation revealed that US-based gangster Harpreet Singh alias Happy Vishal provided the accused with explosives, weapons, and logistical support through his local associates in Punjab.
4. Financial Incentives and Betrayal
Happy Passia initially promised substantial payments to the accused for the successful execution of the criminal plan. However, after the incident, he evaded and eventually went silent, leaving the accused without their promised rewards.
5. Investigation and Remand
Vishal Masih was produced in court and granted remand till September 20. The police are conducting in-depth investigations in coordination with the Chandigarh Police to uncover the entire conspiracy.
6. Arms Smuggling Network
The police are examining Vishal's potential connections to arms smugglers, particularly in Punjab and across the Indo-Pak border. Unknown smugglers used drones and other methods to transport weapons from Pakistan.
7. Reward for Information
The Chandigarh Police have announced a reward of Rs 2 lakhs for information leading to the arrest of the two other suspects involved in the case.
