Bills' Von Miller Suspended 4 Games for Violating NFL's Personal Conduct Policy

Buffalo Bills pass-rusher Von Miller has been suspended for four games without pay for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, the league announced on Tuesday.

Miller will be eligible for reinstatement on October 28, following the Bills' Week 8 game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Reason for Suspension

The suspension is linked to allegations that Miller assaulted his pregnant girlfriend last year. Miller turned himself in on an arrest warrant for a charge of third-degree felony assault on November 30. He has maintained that the allegations are false and 'overblown'.

This incident occurred at Miller's residence in Dallas and involved his long-term girlfriend.

Impact on the Season

So far this season, Miller has participated in all four games for the Bills, recording five tackles and three sacks. His absence will be felt as the team continues their current 3-1 start.

Miller has been a steady veteran presence for the Bills since joining the team in 2022.

Previous Incidents

This is not Miller's first run-in with disciplinary actions. In 2013, he was suspended after attempting to cheat a drug test and was also arrested for failure to appear for a warrant related to driving charges in October 2012.
