Rockstar Games is gearing up to release a thrilling Halloween update for GTA Online, bringing back a classic location and introducing a zombie apocalypse survival mode. This update is set to be one of the most memorable Halloween events in the history of GTA Online.

Return to North Yankton

The new survival mode will take place in North Yankton's Ludendorff Cemetery, a location that holds significant narrative importance in GTA 5. This area was the setting for the game's opening mission and has been largely underutilized since. Players will now have the chance to revisit this snowy landscape, but this time, they will be battling waves of zombies.

The Ludendorff Cemetery Survival mode is designed as a survival job where players must fend off wave after wave of undead. The mode is expected to include various types of zombies and possibly even a final boss, such as a zombified Brad Snider, adding a layer of narrative depth to the gameplay.

New Content and Features

In addition to the zombie survival mode, the Halloween update will introduce several new features. Players can expect new Halloween-themed weather types, a limited-time unlock for the Shocker DLC weapon, and updates to the Ghosts Exposed photography collectible. There will also be double payouts on Halloween-themed adversary modes like Judgment Day and Condemned.

The update will include a range of spooky cosmetics and vehicles, which have been staples of past GTA Online Halloween updates. Furthermore, the creator mode will receive new props, including a Zombie staff, tomb, and ghost models, enhancing the overall Halloween experience.
