A total of 333 cricketers will be up for grabs in the auction, comprising 214 Indian players and 119 overseas players, including two from Associate nations. The pool includes 116 capped players and 215 uncapped players. The franchises have a maximum of 77 slots available, with up to 30 reserved for overseas players.
The highest base price for players in the auction is INR 2 crore, with 23 players opting for this bracket. Additionally, 13 players have chosen a base price of INR 1.5 crore. This diverse range of base prices reflects the varied talent and experience levels of the players involved.
The youngest player in the auction is 17-year-old Kwena Maphaka from South Africa, while the oldest is Afghanistans 38-year-old Mohammad Nabi. This age range highlights the broad spectrum of talent that will be on display.
