The evening was filled with performances and fashion showcases. A second round of fashion showcases saw the Top 30 state winners in designs by fashion phenomenon Portia and Scarlett. To mark the special occasion, the Miss India Organisation also launched a special music anthem, 'Rise of Queen,' which paid tribute to the pageants rich legacy.

Among the standout moments was the announcement of Tadu Lunia, Femina Miss India Arunachal Pradesh 2024, as the recipient of the prestigious Times Miss Beauty with a Purpose Award. Angelia Marrwein, Femina Miss India Meghalaya 2024, was celebrated as the Times Miss Multimedia Award winnerboth securing their well-deserved places in the Top 15.

The Top 15 contestants faced the ultimate test in the Q&A segment, judged by a panel that included designer Nikita Mhaishalkar, actor Sangeeta Bijlani, director Anees Bazmee, actor and former beauty queen Neha Dhupia, choreographer Bosco Martis, and director Madhur Bhandarkar. The night was further lit up by performances from Raghav Juyal and Gayatri Bhardwaj.

Former Femina Miss India and actor Neha Dhupia also sashed the five zonal winners. The winners are: Femina Miss India Northeast 2024 Angelia Marwein, Femina Miss India North 2024 Sifti Singh Sarang, Femina Miss India South 2024 Malina, Femina Miss India East 2024 Riya Nandini, and Femina Miss India West 2024 Arshia Rashid.

In a heartwarming collaboration with Ketto, the state winners of Femina Miss India 2024 collectively raised 45,30,646 to uplift tribal women as part of the Beauty With a Purpose initiative. The standout contributor, Femina Miss India Arunachal Pradesh 2024 Tadu Lunia, raised an impressive 15,71,109, earning the title of Times Miss Beauty With a Purpose.

The coronation ceremony reached its pinnacle as the outgoing queens passed the torch to the new winners. In a moment of triumph, Nikita Porwal from Madhya Pradesh was crowned Femina Miss India World 2024. She will go on to represent India at the Miss World contest. Rekha Pandey from Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Union Territory) was crowned Femina Miss India 2024 - 1st Runner-up, and Ayushi Dholakia from Gujarat took the title of Femina Miss India 2024 - 2nd Runner-up.
