Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces Multiple Allegations of Sexual Assault and Abuse

Sean 'Diddy' Combs, the renowned music mogul and founder of Bad Boy Records, is currently embroiled in a series of severe allegations involving sexual assault, rape, and sex trafficking. Combs, who has been in federal custody since his arrest on September 16, has been accused by multiple women of various forms of sexual abuse and exploitation.

Latest Lawsuit Alleges 2001 Rape

In the latest lawsuit, filed in New York federal court, a woman named Thalia Graves alleges that Combs and his bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, drugged, bound, and violently raped her in 2001. According to the lawsuit, Graves was enticed to a meeting with Combs under the pretext of discussing her boyfriend's performance issues at Bad Boy Entertainment. She was picked up by Combs and Sherman in an SUV and given a drink that was likely drugged, leading to her losing consciousness. Upon regaining awareness, she found herself restrained and subjected to physical and sexual assault at a recording studio.

The lawsuit further alleges that the assault was recorded, and this video was later shared with others, causing significant emotional distress to Graves. She has reported experiencing flashbacks, nightmares, and intrusive thoughts, and has struggled to trust others or feel secure in her own skin.

Federal Indictment and Ongoing Investigations

Combs is currently facing federal charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. The indictment alleges that Combs and his associates lured female victims into engaging in sex acts with male prostitutes under the guise of romantic relationships. These encounters, often recorded and referred to as 'freak offs,' involved the use of force, threats, coercion, and drugs. The indictment also details elaborate productions arranged by Combs, which sometimes lasted for days and involved significant planning and resources.

Federal prosecutors have gathered extensive evidence, including over 50 witnesses and 300 warrants served since last fall. A search of Combs' homes in March uncovered drugs, guns, and large quantities of baby oil and lubricant, which were allegedly used in these 'freak off' events.

Additional Allegations and Legal Troubles

Another lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe alleges that Combs drugged and impregnated her over a four-year period from 2020 to 2024. This lawsuit claims that Combs and his staff recorded their sexual encounters without consent, causing the victim significant fear for her safety and emotional distress. The lawsuit also alleges that Yung Miami, Combs' apparent ex-girlfriend, harassed the victim and encouraged her to have an abortion after learning of the pregnancy.

Combs has denied all allegations of wrongdoing and is currently being held without bail after two judges rejected his request for a $50 million bond. His legal team has maintained his innocence and vowed to vigorously defend against the allegations.
