Telangana NEET UG 2024 Counselling: Key Updates and Guidelines from KNRUHS

The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has initiated the counselling process for the Telangana NEET UG 2024 admissions. This process is crucial for candidates seeking admission into medical and dental undergraduate courses in the state of Telangana.

Registration and Eligibility

The registration for the Telangana NEET UG 2024 counselling began on August 4, 2024, and the last date for registration was extended to August 15, 2024. Only candidates who qualified in the NEET UG 2024 exam and secured marks above the cutoff scores are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The application forms were available on the official website of KNRUHS at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.

Candidates were required to submit their online application forms along with mandatory documents, including the NEET UG Rank Card, Birth Certificate, Qualifying Exam Certificate, Study Certificates, Aadhar Card, and other necessary documents. Incomplete applications were not considered for the counselling process.

Provisional Final Merit List

KNRUHS has released the provisional final merit list for the Telangana NEET UG 2024 counselling. Candidates who have enrolled for the counselling can check the merit list on the official KNRUHS website. The list includes candidates from various categories, such as Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Priority Medical Candidates (PMC), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) quota.

To check the provisional final merit list, candidates need to visit the official KNRUHS website, click on the admissions link, and then select the link for the Telangana NEET UG 2024 Counselling provisional final merit list. The list is available in PDF format, and candidates can search for their names and download the file for future reference.

Web Options and Seat Allotment

Candidates listed in the provisional final merit list can exercise their web options for MBBS admissions from September 27 to September 29, 2024, until 6 PM. This can be done through the official website tsmedadm.tsche.in. There is no limit on the number of choices candidates can make while exercising web options.

The counselling process will be conducted in multiple rounds, with separate seat allotment lists released for each round. Candidates who wish to secure a preferred seat that they were unable to secure in the previous rounds can participate in subsequent rounds.

Documents and Verification

Candidates must ensure they have all the necessary documents ready, including original certificates, for the verification process. The document verification will be conducted offline at designated centers during the admission process.
